Save Trees, Help The Nature

Our civilization uses Earth resources not very efficiently.
We instigate climate change, pollute environment and, the worst, make it harder for the Nature to recover.

A good example is how we use paper.

I wonder how many trees were sacrificed so people can have a quick look at a pile of coupons, promo pages from their mailboxes? Before these coupons go straight to trash bin... Average household receives about a pound of ad pages per week, about 50 pounds per year.

Moimart mission:
to provide buyers and sellers with mobile commerce platform which eliminates need in paper ads/coupons and helps to preserve trees on Earth.

This is the problem!

Just taking a look at Yellow Pages books (totally useless!), which have about half pages spent on ads, I see another waste of paper.

But... It shouldn't always be that way, should it? For example, we managed to switch from paper postcards and mail to instant messaging and email, so it's obvious that now electronic way of text exchange is helping to save a lot of paper. Why couldn't similar be done with advertisement?

Good news! It can be done.

There is a solution: Moimart provides simple and efficient way of saving paper: it offers a platform, where consumers can specify what they need and how they would like to be notified if somebody offers what they needed: via mobile phone, email or web page.

This solution puts consumers in winning position. Now, instead of digging among hundreds of ads, coupons and using, probably, less than 1% of these, customers can specify their wishes and how they would like to be informed if there is a matching offer.

For example, I'm looking for a small used car. I know what I want: Mitsubishi Lancer for less than $6900. By the way, I'm interested only in 2002, 2003 or 2004 model years. I want offers to be delivered to my mobile phone not more than 5 per day from different sellers and not more than 10 total (I don't want to flood my cell phone). Also, I want these offers come within two weeks period (I hope, by that time I'll be done; if not - I can change delivery terms any time).

So, what would I receive with that kind of wish?

I know I'm being reasonable. I can receive that kind of deal after, maybe hours of negotiations or days, weeks of scanning local classifieds. But, hey!, who knows: maybe there is some dude who just needs to sell his car really quick and here I am, asking to buy it.

Maybe I'll receive nothing, if there is no matching offer and that's OK. However, I will not receive any spam or gimmicks from local dealerships.
